Overall excellent - Hector was at the house to give an estimate 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled appointment - removal of old material and forming done in one day. Pour delayed due to weather but when it was done it was fast and came out looking great - matched the color of the existing walkway better then expected (existing walkway is 16 years old and very spotty due to sprinkler wash and areas of shade and sunshine). I had Double AA add a 3/4" PVC pipe down the length of the slab as an extra sprinkler pipe in case I had to replace the existing one. Within a week of completion I noticed that the sprinkler system in front yard was not working - discovered that the control line to the front yard was broker (under new slab) - we ran a new cable through the Duro-Drain and spliced into existing control cable and completed the repair. Sprinkler works fine but AA was not willing to come out and verify repair work we did or help with cost of repair (only disappointing portion of the work).

They were quick and very efficient. The color was not the same as the sample they had originally selected, so they came back and redid the color. They could not have been nicer or cleaner. They did an excellent job cleaning up and they were very easy to work with.

They did a good job on everything except matching the color of our current deck with the new deck. We told them the color that had been used just three years ago and were told they did not have the same color. They then sent over a color chart to match. We thought we had matched it pretty close, however the new deck is much darker than the older deck. We had been told they would try to match it as close as possible.

I though that they had done an outstanding job. They were a very neat bunch of workers and everything was explained step by step as they did it. I have no complaints at all, everything had turned out wonderfully. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I can say that this is a job well done and there are no complaints to be discussed at all.
