The man was rude to my sister. and then he stated for $140 it only included soap. It didn't include removing stains. if we wanted to remove stains it just the high traffic areas, it would cost $475. If we wanted to remove the stains on all the carpet, it would cost us $690.

Has never been done. I called back in March to make an appointment and the guy said that he only takes appointments for Monday and Tuesdays. So I said I would e-mail him some dates. I sent him the dates that would be good for me and have never heard from him. I would like a refund for this work ($59.00) that has never been done.

I bought two coupons in November 2016, planning to use one right away, the second just before it expires in May. But I had a great deal of trouble reaching "Doc" and, when I did, scheduling an appointment, sometimes due to questionable weather, sometimes his schedule during the holidays. We finally got everything together in early March. He did an excellent job, although there now will only be two months between detailings, which I prefer to do every six months. However, I also had him check out the house into which I just moved and give me an estimate on both carpet and tile. His prices were highly competitive and I'll probably use him the first time I have the carpets cleaned.

He did a great job but I found out that he didn't really come to our city. I won't be having him anymore but he did a good job. Price was great. Their punctuality was fine once we made connection. We won't use them because they don't come in this area.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work since he was unable to accommodate my time frame. I can't say if I was wrong in assuming that the timeframe I asked for was inappropriate, but Doc doesn't use the Angie's List scheduling system, so after I booked the appt., be never called to verify or inform me that he didn't have time to do the work I needed done in the timeframe I needed. I booked on a Thurs, needed the car cleaned by Monday Morning and he said he couldn't do the work until Wed. Ultimately, I had to cancel and get a refund.

2011 Dodge Ram truck. A) showed up 3 days late B) demanded an additional $60 because it was an extra big cab (really?) so I paid him because I needed the truck clean because family was coming to town that day. C) wash and wax was in the description, he did not wax at all, only a wash and towel dry, I watched him from my kitchen window. D) the interior was poorly vacuumed, and the windows were poorly cleaned. Worst $119.00 detail I have ever had. But he was a very nice person.

Left a few smudges on the entrance of the car and says that they wouldn't come off. I took a cleaner and wipe it off and it came off.

I haul 3 boys (8 and under) around and the inside of the car looked like the floor of a movie theater! They did an outstanding job....looks like new again. I won't be able to use them again as they have a 20 mile service radius that I was not aware of. If that changes, I would definitely use them.

They were first reluctant to go to my home address because they said it was out of their way and might charge me extra to do so.  I told them that was not part of the agreement.  So they scheduled coming over at their convenience when they had other clients to service, not my timeline.
For the work and price they did, I could have gone to a Shell gas station that does comprehensive detailing and did it without appointment.
