They fixed my television fairly promptly. It took several days for them to return the TV to me. I had to keep calling. The day after I got the TV back it was broke again. It was five days before someone finally came to get it. A week after that I had to call them and ask what was happening. They had to order a part. Not a big deal, I don't mind waiting. After having no television for a month, I got a call this Tuesday saying that it was ready and someone would call me that afternoon about delivery. I called them back Wednesday. I was told someone would call me to arrange delivery. It is now Friday. I just called them again and was told someone would contact me today about delivery. 
Each time I call, they talk to me as if I am really inconveniencing them. They make little effort to keep you informed about the state of your TV and when you finally do call, you are a bother. If you expect them to pick up or deliver your TV on certain day and then call them two day later to find out when they will arrive, it is as if you are too stupid to know  that they are running late. It must be my fault as I am not a mind reader. 
I will NEVER hire these clowns ever again. They are rude and thoughtless.

When I plugged the set in, after connecting all the various cables the picture was the as good as the day the set was purchased.  The work was done in a professional manner and Discount TV has all my future business.  I highly recommend this company.

I would say there been a few issues here. The TV itself was shutting off by itself and at times could not turn back on for hours. They came and took it in for a repair and bought it back. It worked great for a few weeks then the problem repeated. We have done this two more times. they been great though working with us throughout this.

I would NEVER hire this company to do anything.

We got Discount TV's name and number from Angie's List. They performed work for the quoted price and within the time frame they set. We were, however, not extremely satisfied with the pick-up crew. While removing the TV, they bumped into the door knocking off the front grill of the TV. This grill was left behind and was difficult to replace when the TV was returned. The delivery crew put the grill on incorrectly and my wife and I had to work to replace it properly.

The service was quick. They employees knew what they were doing. They hooked up my DVD player for me. The price was competitive. They were courteous, thorough and professional. My TV set runs as good as it ever did.
