The technician was rigth on time did a great job and most importantly explained what he was doing and the condition of the units were in. All in all a very competent job by a knowledgible and pleasant techician..
The only snafu was that the clerk taking the order got one number of my phone number wrong and couldn't contact me to cofirm the origanal order date. thus the work had to be reschedule for the next day, after i called tro see why the schedulled time had passed with no contact.
