THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD WITH THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. WE HAVE HAD OUR ALARM SYSTEM GO OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY HAVE IMMEDIATELY DISPATCHED AN OFFICER TO OUR HOME OR THEY HAVE IMMEDIATELY CALLED OUR PHONES TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OKAY. THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN ASKING FOR OUR PASSWORD TO SEE IF THEY ARE SPEAKING TO THE OWNERS OF THE HOUSE AND TO VERIFY THAT EVERYTHING IS OKAY.
