I contacted Tracy for an estimate to install flat screen TV and ceiling speakers, which we already had. After he came over we agreed on a price and day to complete the work. Tracy arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He is very professional and knows all there is to know about AV equipment. Our house was not pre-wired so n he had to make a hole in the subfloor and run all the wires behind the walls. He did a great job and even cleaned up! We are very pleased and will hire him again to set up our loft with AV equipment.

job performed as requested. Initially I thought their prices were a little high, but after gettting a second estimate using a difference approach, it was only about $200 Cheaper, so I when with their bit. everything went as planned and happy with their work.

This company is top notch all the way. They gave us a fair estimate and did the work right away. They installed our complicated system and then ran wiring through our ceiling to place speakers right where we wanted them. No wires show and they cleaned up all the mess. The team is very professional and friendly. Our surround sound system sounds great ! We highly recommend these guys and would definately use them again!

It is certainly gratifying to find a service that lives up to your expectations. Tracy did an excellent job of unraveling the self inflicted problems I had with my self installed home theater system. He got it all working properly in short order and finally our Logitec universal remote handles all of the system control duties - no more juggling the four remotes! Now with Tracy to back me up - I feel confident in adding additional components to my system.

Tracy returned our call promply and was able to come to our home the same day which we appreciated because our TV was not working properly. He was very professional and yet very friendly. He understood what needed to be done and completed everything to our satisfaction. His fee was very reasonable for the work he performed. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend him.

He installed the wall mount I had purchased into a recessed area so that my tv which was to large for the recess would sit flush against the wall.

Tracy is a nice guy! He arrives on time with a smile on his face. He is always polite and explains the computer systems in terms I can understand. during his first visit he wall mounted the flat screen and installed the sound system for indoor and outdoor use. He works quickly and cleanly...always. He offers advise about upgrades and the newest technology AND weather the enhancement is worth the price. On another visit Tracy set up my smart box system and worked on our computer systems, cleaning and resetting what needed it. I don't know the proper terminology, however I do know the systems, computers, TV and audio all work well and our family is happy with Tracy's work.
