Details carpet and tile care

The service was great, always good and I was very pleased. My carpets smells good after his service and gave me good suggestion to keep the carpet always clean and maintain clean, he is always on time and prompt and personable. Price was very good. He does some of my girlfriends carpets, and they were also pleased with the service.

Excellent job. Took extra care not to mark up wall coroners. Kitchen tile looked great! Price was better than the previous company I used. Will be using them again!!

I have had Details Carpet and Tile clean for me multiple times and have been VERY happy with them.  The owner, Troy, is very good!  He is punctual and thorough and fast!  I have had him clean my carpet, rugs, multiple couches/chairs (microfiber and cloth) and tile/grout.  Everything is always done very well and I have been happy with everything he has cleaned.  I even had pen that my daughter had drawn all over the back of my microfiber rocking chair and I told him it was probably a set stain since it had happened a long time ago and I never tried to get it off.  I was just hoping that it would possibly be lighter but assumed that it would still be there after the cleaning.  He was able to get it out completely and the rocking chair looks brand new. Troy is honest and trustworthy also, which is a huge deal for me when I am letting someone come into every corner of my home.  I am not concerned at all with him being in my house and do not feel the need watch over him while he works because I know that he is honest and will take care of my house and things as I would.  I recommend Details Carpet and Tile to EVERYONE that is looking for carpet cleaning.  They are awesome and I will use them every time I need cleaning done.

Troy was amazing, he responded to my call promptly and was able to schedule my appointment when I needed the service. He showed up on time and was extremely personable. My carpets were a mess, but he made them look like new!! I will use him again and would highly recommend him.

Troy went ABOVE AND BEYOND when he came to clean our huge sectional and family room carpet. From having kids, the carpet had its fair share of spills and so it did not smell the best. And our sectional... A complete mess. I wasn't expecting for anyone to get out all of the stains but Troy succeeded!! And for the smell in the carpet - completely gone! His work was exceptional and I will continue to use him!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the work that was done!

Troy took the time to connect with my son and explain what he was doing. He took his time on problem areas I pointed out that needed extra attention. Very clean, nice and excellent customer service. I have had my carpets done twice by him so far. Thank you Troy
