The technician called said he was on his way he would be an hour it was 2 hours before he got to us but that was ok since it was a holiday. But he replaced the part he replaced on the unit was too small of an amp charged us $100.00 for it and left plus the call fee which I understand, but the amp did not hold the next day we had to go to parts center and the recommended amp was 15 amp not 7.5 it was a waste of $100.00
