House Cleaning
DO NOT hire Lupe with Dependable Cleaning. She over charges, does not complete the job when she says it will be done, and will refuse to answer you phone calls and texts when trying to resolve the issue. When asked for a partial refund she threatened myself and my husband with her ex husband as well as my husbands commander. She took 7 days to finish a job she told us would take 2 day. We found evidence of herself and her crew drinking in the house. She caused damage to the floors as well as brought her daughter who damaged the walls in the house. Because of her incompetence and lack of communication as well as lack of professionalism and refusal to stand by her word of if we did not pass inspection she would not charge us, we failed inspection and due to our time constraints has to pay to get out of the house.
