Went good. It's a bi-weekly Service. The guys know what needs to be done. There are times somethings don't get finished, maybe pushed for time. Still not enough to change service providers.

They came when they said and even e-mailed me where the tech was, how the job as coming along, and a picture when all was done (I was in another state).

I generally have a good experience with this company. Some of the workers do not speak english, at least at that time. They work fast and really do a good job for me. 
I give them a list of things I want done when I call . My experience with this company has been favorable every time I have used them. The only reason I may call another provider would be if that company was running a special or coupon and I could get the work done for less money------- and only if they have good reviews.
I gave them a B on Professionalism only because sometimes they finish, pack up their gear and yard debris and leave without even telling me. It's a small thing though.

Never had a problem. They are very professional, thorough, and punctual. The current system gives me a days notice of scheduled work, notice of when the crew is enroute to the house, notice of arrival and completion. Can't beat that! Responds promptly to special job request. As you can tell I have absolutely no problem with them.

This company worked at my house for around one year, after which time, I was no longer satisfied with the deteriorating service and let them go.. 
3 years later I discovered that they reported me to a collections agency over a $160 bill that they claim was never paid. They gave me no notification of a past due amount or that they were reporting it to collections even thought they had worked at my house for over a year and clearly knew my address. 
This is a poor way for any business to treat its customers and recommend anyone thinking of using them to proceed with caution.

They were very great and accommodating. They allowed me to email photos of my yard to them for an estimate to speed up the process of having them come out. I was renting and the yard area was over grown and messy, they made it look wonderful and came out when they said they would to accommodate my work schedule. I had to be there when they came because I have dogs and needed to keep them i the house while they worked in the back yard. They did a great job and I will use them again.

They cleaned up all the weeds in both my front and back yard. This was a large job- over 1/4 acre, and it hadn't been cleaned up for about a year. They were prompt, very professional and very pleasant. Now my front yard looks like a garden again, and the back yard is no longer overgrown with scraggly grass, weeds and foxtails. They also got rid of the old palm branches that had come down recently with our high winds. I would definately will contact them again for any future yardwork. The best I've had since I moved to Las Vegas 18 years ago!

My yard looked horrible. I travel extensively, and one day I pulled into my driveway and was devastated to notice my desert landscaping had been taken over by tons of weeds. I consulted Angie's List and came upon Dembois...the reviews were spot-on. The work was completed within 72 hours of my first contact, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My yard looks absolutely pristine! I will continue to use Dembois for the foreseeable future. From communication to execution, they are beyond outstanding! I was actually stunned by the results, they were far better than I expected. The price was also MUCH lower than I expected for the quality of work! I am happy, happy, happy!!

I scheduled them to do the work the day before. We waited all day long but they never showed. I will say that Johnny did call me several times during the day to keep me updated and I found out that he ( Johnny ) was out of state. I know that it must have been hard for him to keep track of his workers and the jobs when he wasn't here to watch over them. Apparently, the job before mine took much longer than anticipated.

Mine was finally rescheduled for the next day. They did arrive very early in the morning. The scope was to simply blow the leaves, pull the weeds, set the sprinkler clock and fix a sprinkler head that had blown off and caused a geyser right in front of my house. Due to their being a day late, we had already pulled all the weeds. ( This was an HOA complaint and HAD to be done ). Since there were no weeds to pull, they went out of their way to make my yard look great. They trimmed a few bushes that looked a little scraggly and picked up any left over pieces of weeds that may have been lying about.

Johnny also did not charge me the full price which was to be $170.00. He marked my down payment of $90.00 as paid in full.

They were on time and did a great job

The price was right for them to maintain my small yard however after the first few months I noticed that they did not trim every bush nor trim the ones I asked to be cut way down. I called and ask why and was told they would trim them at the appropriate time. That was around Dec 2012 and until I just called in July 2013 those bushes were the same height as they were in Aug 2012 at the start of the contract. I also had to called them about my back yard. The bushes were over growing the walkway and trellis and my bottle brush plant that was about 8ft is now 12ft. I have terminated my contract based on the following; they changed my maintenance day three times (for better service) they did not do the initial work of cutting the bushes in the front yard to half the size (5ft or higher at initial contract) and my back yard was not well maintained. The contract stipulated a crew of up to 3 people for up to 40 mins. If that was not enough time to address my concerns or maintain my yard properly, I was never informed.

I recently purchased a home in Las Vegas but live out of the country, so I was searching for a company who could take care of my home in my absence and make sure the yard was well taken care of. I had tried local gardeners but they weren't responsive when we had a problem and couldn't provide services such as emailing an invoice.
So I searched on Angie's List and decided to give Dembois a call about a month ago. I am SO HAPPY I did. Johnny, the owner, called me to answer my questions personally, and Allison in their accounting department has also been very responsive with questions and invoicing. Their invoicing system is a miracle - you can pay online and it's all seamless and easy! They also provide estimates online so you just click and give your approval. They suggested the palm tree trimming and they did a wonderful job.
In my research, I found their rates are competitive for the level of service they offer. It's nowhere near as inexpensive as your neighborhood gardener, but it's a completely different level of service and expertise, and what they offer is worth paying for and in my case it was exactly what I needed. They provide me with peace of mind since I am not there year-round. For example, just this week we had an irrigation problem that required us to shut off the water to the entire watering system. Johnny had someone at the property the same day I emailed him about the problem! It's very comforting to know you have that level of help available to you as a homeowner.
I should also mention that when they gave me the original maintenance estimate, they took pictures of my home and landscape, and they take pictures after every service visit! This is really a wonderful feature and it was very helpful in the case of the palm trees to see the before and after photos since I was not there to see the situation myself.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The yard work deal was no good. We paid Dembois Landscape the price of the big deal. There was no discrepancy in the price. Overall, the satisfaction was, across the board, a "C." They virtually dilly-dallying and virtually got nothing done. They worked one little area and that was it.

Overall good service with only a slight problem with scheduling.
