Stay away. The owner Beto and his associates are lazy, never follow up, cancel scheduled work, show up extremely late and take up to three times longer to complete the job than promised! What was scheduled as a 4 to 6 week job ended up taking over 3 months! Horrible, mostly non-existent customer service with little to no follow up! Go elsewhere for your remodeling project!

Very up front with what materials they would use and explained the processes perfectly . Always there when they said they would be .And when they were finished it was cleaner than before they showed up .

They did a great job on remodeling one of our bathrooms and I look forward to doing more projects with them.

Do not use these people. The workers may or not be the same day to day, delays they blame on everything else, workers are not all legal citizens, some know their job others do not. They leave a mess behind and heaven forbid work gets cancelled or amended. Demand for money not earned and in advance. You will constantly babysit the workers and clean up after them. Some of them are very nice and likeable. Humberto is not to be trusted and will make trouble for you if he is not happy. Good line to get in the door, not pleased. Only installed roof and a few repairs, the rest of the work was cancelled due to issues with the state of the building, did less than half the contract paid more than original contract due to required change orders.

They need a zero star rating for these guys. I had a small business lobby remodel of which I was doing 75% of the work myself, but their work had to done first so I can do mine. Micheal and Beto are 2 of the worst business men I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The fastest part of their work was how fast they cashed my deposit. It took them 6 months to do a 1-2 week project. Good luck getting a hold of Micheal or Beto after they get your deposit. All you'll get is a full mail box, excuses and lies. To make matters worse, when the time came for the final payment, they added a few thousand on the bill for their "hard work". Their work was sloppy and incorrect and had to be redone regularly before they got it right. Micheal had specific drawings of what needed to be done and even an example close by of what the finished product should look like, but the guys doing the work didn't know what was going on half the time. I came so close to suing these guys for my wasted revenue due to having my store look like a mess for so long but I'm just so over it and glad it's done. I wouldn't hire these guys to clean a window let alone do a remodel ever again. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!! You have been warned.

Total zero communication and responsibility for the customer project starts on 07/12/2017 and still not finished wavy floor, tiles sticks out from the wall 3/4 "to 1" air gaps behind tiles from 4 "to 38"! From the top do not hire Del H. Contractors you will save yourself a trouble.

We were very happy with Del H from the beginning of the project to the end. The same crew worked on our house throughout the whole project - we loved the consistency, professionalism and follow up. We would highly recommend this company.

We liked all the people working with Del H. They were friendly and professional. There was some disorganization which caused the project to take two extra weeks but all in all, it turned out really well.

This is long overdue. By far the best contractors I've dealt with in over 25 years. A total kitchen remodel was completed within three days. I would highly recommend DEL H contractors for all your remodeling needs. Very competitive pricing.

Showed up on time and stuck to the deadline

The people from Del H Contractors were complete professionals in every way. The first person I dealt with was Michael, their designer. He looked at my project, discussed what I wanted and offered ideas and suggestions I hadn't thought of, even though I had been planning the bathroom conversion for several years. There was no hard pressure sales. He e-mailed me a line item estimate for the work within two days. I was told how soon they could start and approx. how long the job would take. I was assured that once my project was started they would work until it was finished, except for the crews regular days off. And I was told exactly what I would need to provide, namely things that were a matter of personal preference like tile, faucets, shower heads, grab bars, etc. The boss, Beto, brought the crew in on the first day, put down long canvas drop cloths, got the demo started and went over the project with me. He made sure he understood what I wanted, and discussed the process with me, so I would understand what was going to happen. He apologized for the dirt,dust, and noise but I expected it. During the next days, I was consulted about the placement of fixtures, and how I wanted the various elements of the new shower to function. I stood in the space and they measured where the grab bars should be for my height, and then made sure extra 2X4 studding was placed in those areas. The corner bench was built to my comfort height, and overhead heating, with fan and light was built in so the space would be toasty warm. Then after all the extensive plumbing, and electrical was done, and the shower was water proofed and tight, they started the tile work. I will just say here that the vision I had for the tile was not simple. Two contractors I interviewed ran for the hills screaming. Del H Contractors put Joel on the job, and he is an artist. Straight set, staggered set, diagonal set, decorative strips, mosaic, it was all there, and all done beautifully. Every time I stuck my head in for a peek, it took my breath away. So bottom line here is I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM. Del H Contractors did everything they said they would do. They started when they said, workers showed up every day on time and worked hard, some days as much a ten hours. Most days they didn't even stop for lunch, though I thought they should. The boss stopped by every day to check on the progress, and stayed to work one day when he thought they were a little behind his schedule. Beto always checked in with me to make sure all was well and answer any questions I had, no matter how trivial. So every one, my opinion of Del H Contractors is that they are reliable, honest, and hard working. They want to please their customers, and will do the job right. If Beto or Michael tells you they will do something, they mean it, one hundred percent.

Did not quite finish the job (e.g. touch up paint).

The owner should plan desired work in advance of interviewing contractors & signing contractor. The contractor the owner hires should be knowledgeable, provide helpful hints, and suggest alternatives the owner may not have considered. The price quoted should be the lowest consistent with the scope of work. Some contractors do a lot of "handwaving" to get the owner to sign a contract then don't deliver.

Very responsive to our needs. Did a great job at a competitive price. Highly recommend them.
