Dekes Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Darren did a great job. Caught them at the right time and Darren arrived within 20 minutes on a 110+ degree day. Best part was that we were a little concerned on the cost but we didn't say anything except that we were surprised on the cost of freon. Jen called us withing 24 hours and let us know that there was a miscalculation and they overcharged us. We will absolutely continue to trust Deke's for future work and will continue to recommend Deke's to everyone.

They were good and dependable.

Excellent and punctual

This was the first visit. It was an A, thats why I called them back.

I asked about a contract but as long as you maintain your burner you don't need a contract. Our service we upgraded it when we bought the house. It was quite reasonable. I would rate it 100%. They were here right away. I would use them again. I have used them twice. I had another company but when the guy we regularly used left we didn't call them again. I would recommend them highly. It wasnt very long it is just a matter of unplugging and replacing because I clean my burner myself.

I have used Deke's over the last three years and they always perform. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Same day service, including new part delivery.  I have used Deke's for 25 years for my airconditioning repairs--  on my rentals and on my own home.   Best a/c company in Las Vegas!

They are very quick to call back and sent someone out within an hour.  He did not know how to work my current thermostat but somehow diagnosed it as being defective.  He replaced my programable thermostat with a non programable one that costs $27 at Home Depot but charged me $110 for that piece of junk.  I would not use these people.  They use cheap items and charge you 4 times as much.  What really annoyed me is that he never asked and as anyone here in Vegas knows a non programable thermostate is going to cost a lot in the long run.  No, I will never call these people again and if you do decide to call them make sure you get what you want.

Have used Dekes a few times for different requests.  (Changing out a old AC Compressor,etc)  They are a smaller family run team, so I give them a bit more leeway on response time but they more than make it up in service and price.  Most AC companies gouge folks for all they can, I have seen it happen to friends.  When I tell them to call Dekes I know they will get the best service and nobody will try to rip them off.  
This time I had them work on the ducting to get better AC in two rooms.  The design of my house is such that to two distant bedrooms just don't get enough AC.  Steve came out and added a new line, rerouted existing lines and check and sealed all the ducts.   This is really important as the lines tend to develop leaks over the years as the tape that holds everything together starts to come apart. 
The changes helped out a lot.  May be I add a dedicated mini system in the future, but I know exactly who I will call when I do.

They're the most honest and professional people I've dealt with. They are phenomenal, and I highly recommend them.

Steve showed up on time as scheduled. Performed service when I was away from home, at work. Returned later that day and replaced the unit for one low price. Excellent all the way around.

They arrived on time. They identified the problem right away and were able to replace the fan motor with a new one that they had with them. They checked the freon level and compressor operation as well. They were efficient and reasonably priced.

They are extremely good. Family operated. Reliable.

I have been using them for 30 years. They are fair, punctual, and just overall great. They do not sell you things you do not need.
