Paint and cement spilled on deck below, staining cool deck in multiple large places. When I inquired about fixing, I spoke to Nancy, with whom I had to follow up several times before getting anything scheduled. When one of the supervisors came out, he reviewed the work done, stated the person who had done it, "was no longer with the company" and "he would never allow it to be repaired that way," which is another way of stating the repairs were not done properly, confirmed by the distinct line in the deck where the repair had been done, although the who thing was to be resurfaced to match. Further, when I inquired about getting the stains covered below, the only resolution was for us to pay to have the rest of the deck painted, since they could not match the existing paint. Joke!! Now, Nancy won't even return my calls!
