Mike called when he realized his first appointment was going to run a little long. He arrived a little earlier than his revised schedule. Mike explained what he would doing and that it would take less than 3 hours. Mike had, on his truck. the proper step ladder to access our 19 foot ceiling. He took down the 2 old fans, assembled the new fans, hung them, attached the light fixtures, and also wired in the remote for one of the fans. Mike completed the work in about 2.5 hours, cleaned up, and helped move the sofa back into place. Overall, I thought he did a great job. The fans don't wiggle and look great. He also reminded me before he left, that they guarantee their work for a year.

Mike from Dead On came to give me a quote and before he left i was so happy with the professional mannerisms and knowledge that i authorized all the work and plus. Had an issue with a light fixture in our downstairs bathroom. I thought there might be a wiring issue as the fan switch and electrical outlet were still working. Instead of taking a chance and making things worse by troubleshooting it myself, I called Dead On and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The assigned electrician, Mike, called ahead of time to let me know he was going to be early. When he showed up, I explained the situation, he gave me the cost, I said let's go for it, and.....he was done in like 10 minutes. Loose wiring to the fixture but he fixed that, then future-proofed it by using the appropriate wire gauge. I appreciated that last touch and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Mike was personable, courteous, and professional and willing to answer any and all questions. He even gave me a written estimate and a decent quote on the installation of light fixtures in our great room. This company is a great find and I will not hesitate to call them up for any future issues we might have. We look forward to getting those light fixtures installed!

Mike from Dead On Electric came out and fixed my circuit breaker and other smaller electrical issues I was having in my home. He was efficient and very helpful, since I know literally nothing about electrical stuff. He quoted me a decent price too. Definitely would call again if I ever had problems in the future.

Everything went better then expected same day visit was able to have all parts within 2days and had everything I asked completed in 2 1/2 days very nice wore booties when in my home and went over and beyond can’t wait to have them back for my fireplace
