We had a hard calcium ring around our pool and hot tub combined with a Cyanuric acid issue. Larry drained our pool and hot tub, removed the calcium ring and chlorine bathed/scrubbed our entire pool and hot tub. Larry went above and beyond to make sure our water will be crystal clear. They are now refilled and look fantastic. Larry will be back in a couple of days to balance the water with the start up chemicals. Larry was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He was on time and excellent at communication. We won’t hesitate to utilize his services if needed and you shouldn’t either.

Very pleasant, very professional, very reliable, and they do an excellent job. They are also very personable. We have 2 schnauzers who are like our Babies, and on one visit while I was home, Larry looked a bit concerned because he only saw 1 pup and hoped that the other Boy was okay, because they both usually greet him with a lot of barking (but no bitting). I assured him that the other boy was okay. Now, how great is that ⠼︠His company does a fantastic job, And they Care. Larry was very detailed in going over a plan and what needed to be done with my husband then got to work on my pool the following morning. My pool is sparkling blue and beautiful! We are out of their normal service area, but Larry came out on 3 separate days to get our water chemistry to a point where the pool will be useable this summer. We have never owned a pool before and he took the time to fully explain what needed to be done & why. He communicated clearly, answering all our questions. For all the time and effort he put in the price seemed reasonable. Very personable guy and great to work with!

Pool needed to be drained , filled and prepared for use. He cleaned the tile and made the pool like new. He came from outsde his normal rout e and went out of his way to explain everything and make sure everything was running when he left. Larry exceeded our expectations. Due to surgery, our pool cleaning was not being completed and the pool was a mess with algae. Larry came out and didn't have the right chemical to clean, so he had to come back after the holidays. However he ended up coming back during his week off/vacation and finished the job. Larry is an exceptional guy that is honest, knowledgeable and hard working. He truly cares about providing great customer service, which is a refreshing change in this city!

Larry is hands down the best pool guy I have ever had! He is VERY knowledgeable and consistently delivers excellent results. Besides that, he is just a great human being. I actually look forward to seeing him come through the gate so I can chat with him while he maintains the pool. The pool looks better than ever. I could not recommend him more highly!

I would highly recommend Crown Champion Pool Service. When I called, Larry responded to me right away. We had just bought our new house and didnâ t know a thing about taking care of a pool. We also noticed that the pool light was not working. Larry came out to assess the situation and gave me his expert opinion on what all needed to be done. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and answered all my questions and concerns. When I gave him the go-ahead, he immediately started and had all the maintenance done in no time. He even did a demonstration of how to adjust all the valves and settings with the pump, heater and my control box inside the house. Larry is very easy to work with, always gives detailed updates explaining what he did along with pics of the cleaned pool, and he accepts electronic payment. My pool is pristine under his care- which is what every pool owner wants. Don't waste your time looking for someone that might work. Give Larry a call. Price gouging, they are way over priced, disrespectful to the pool owner and wouldnt give me a consistent monthly price. While having that conversation on pricing Larry hung up on me.

Larry was phenomenal! Our pool pump was being repaired for a week and our pool got DISGUSTING! We had 5 days until our daughters birthday party (pool party) and needed an emergency cleaning. Larry was able to drain our pool, scrub it, treat it, replace our filters and get it filled and rebalanced to PERFECTION in 2 days! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He saved the day for us with time to spare. I would 100% recommend Crown Champion! I wish I could attach the before and after photos!
