Overall, we were happy with Creative Spa. We were referred to Creative Spa by our landscaping company and one of the real estate sales agents. The sales person seemed to know what he was talking about when we first visited the store. It seemed like this alternative was better than a real in-ground spa. We signed the contract and were put on the schedule. The pre-installation visit also went well. The guy who came out to measure our yard and confirm the location of the spa was also very knowledgeable about the spa and courteous. The initial installation team did not do such a good job. They ran out of time, so they just hurried, and did not finish everything such as painting the surround staccato. The tub's temperature control panel did not even work. Another crew had to come back to fix it. After we complained about the various issues left unresolved on the initial date, another crew was sent out to fix all the issues. A couple months later, someone also came back to fix the jets.

We love our new spa, especially with the decking surrounding it. The men did an excellent job on this, and the mess was cleaned up at the end of each day to avoid a major clean up at the end. Everyone involved was polite and took pride in their work, which showed with the end result. We have not had any problems with it, and they maintain it until the warranty runs out.
