We would use them again.

We're very fond of Costco. We got a wonderful price on the refrigerator. It was way beyond anything we've ever had before and it was very good price.

We are very pleased with the helpfulness and efficiency of shopping at COSTCO. Store personnel are knowledgeable about the products and are efficient in check-out service. Many items we purchase are not available at retail grocers or even specialty stores.  We find the prices to be at or below average prices.

The shopping is great. Great sales. Staff always friendly and helpful. If you shop for a big family this is the place to go. Sometimes prices are high but you have to know your product.

My low tire pressure light came on, so I pulled up to the Costco service bay. They stopped what they were doing and immediately helped me at no charge. I have previously purchased tires from Costco and was pleased with both the price and service.

They were great. The best thing that I liked about them was the price. They were cheaper than other place that we checked on. We had a really good experience. I've used them three years ago. I go there and buy batteries for my hearing aids and they are cheaper than any place else I found. It's good to have a soundproof booth.

When you make a major purchase, they will offer you the opportunity to sign up for their executive card, which gives you a percentage of your purchase back. The manager will explain everything. I declined that card. That was the only thing that was different from usual. They give you an automatic two-year warranty. The prices are competitive. They give you a better package than some other stores. They buy in bulk and put together special packages. They have a little bigger hard drive, a little more memory, and a longer warranty. It's a little bit of a better deal.

I am not happy with the fit of the blinds. There are gaps on the ends of the blinds which let in too much light. Also several of the blinds have warped slats. My contract states that defective blinds will be replaced immediately. We have been waiting since late May. The installers with the exception of one member of their crew, were polite. But, they are all family members and I want a neutral, third party to inspect the measurement of the blinds. I feel either the measurements are wrong, or Hunter Douglas cut too much off to insure an inside mount fit. I have had other window professionals tell me they were cut too narrow. I asked the opinion of a window tradesmen who made solar screens for my sliding glass doors. The way the blinds fit now is the way I would expect off the shelf blinds to fit, not an expensive custom job.

As far as tire replacement is concerned we prefer Costco to other service businesses because the expense is so much less. They are also efficient; finishing in only thirty minutes. The other reason we like Costco for this is that they pump nitrogen into the tire for no extra charge. This prevents tire pressure from fluctuating from temperature change, as well as elevation change, which comes in handy on long trips.
