Went fine. Set a small motorized snake in the tub. Took only about 15 minutes in the house. Dispatcher had my phone number wrong so there was a couple hours delay getting here which was an office problem, not plumber's fault. Once plumber was here, work went quickly so finished back on schedule. He informed me that clog appeared to be rust from lack of use, likely to repeat itself. He did not push any other work or services. When I told him that his company had been recommended by another plumber who no longer does residential at my location (I no longer remember who that was, other than the referrer having an A rating in Angie's List), he said the referrer was a good company. My point is that his company is respected by others. Total time at site was about a half hour. My site is a bit remote, adding about 20 minutes driving each way. I got a 15% new user discount. Accounting for those, and the delay, I think that $225, $191 total after discount, was a bit steep for 15 minutes work. Not very steep, just a bit steep. It felt more like total should have been $150 but I'm not sure. I didn't say anything because I don't know the going rates. Other than being the one to bring up the discount, I gave a decent tip and didn't try to further negotiate the price. Plumber's uniform was a bit worse for wear. If I have another problem, if I can get another discount, this company is at the top of my list.

Went great. Has done work for us in the past. He sticks to the estimated price and there are no weird games. Very happy.

Came to house with in two days due to my schedule conflict. Showed up almost on time. Was here a whole 20 minutes. Mostly because water turn off in garage was on a water softener so had to turn off at street. But had to make a second trip to turn completely off. Cartridge is a moen with lifetime replacement. We just couldn't get it out. Charged 150.00. When I questioned why it was so much he said service call. When you do the service that goes to the price. He didn't give a receipt. Was referred to him by a friend usually that goes better. Don't let this guy come to a nice neighborhood you WILL be over charged!!! Will never use again or refer out.

This company is great. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I was very pleased. Their professionalism was lacking a little due to the comments made by the service man. I would definitely use them again though. I was very happy with the price.

Wonderful! He came late at night trying to get this done as it was going to be 27 degrees. I didn't know he needed the garage door opener to shut off the water, and I was at work. He was prompt in coming back at 8:30 am, and kept working until 11:00 am to accomplish his job. He was kind and sincere, all the while putting up with my barking little dog, trying to comfort her and not be annoyed by her. He was concerned because I had no hot water nor heat for two days, and I have a very bad cold. When he arrived this morning it was 51 degrees inside my home. He is a great worker, and is very efficient. Please tell him you found him through Shawn on Angie's list!
