Everything went fine. Once the walls were fixed and repainted it looked like a new house inside. Amazing what a good paint job can do for a house.
Probably the best kept secret in Las Vegas. This electric company installs solar panels and inverters. No hidden costs. The only problem was the crazy wait to get NVEnergy to install the net metering. I faced another problem which was addressed by Cordan. My house faces South, problem is, there is little room to put on solar panels on south facing roof. Best roof facing is east and west. Cordan took this into account and put some on south facing and the remainder on West facing. Then they installed the inverter. Best investment I ever made for this house. 3750 sq. ft and my bill after solar system was installed and running was appx $37.00, which was mainly just the fees that NVEnergy tacks on. I checked around and the price I paid for this system could not be touched by other companies who install solar. Could not be happier. Will be cool this summer and will not have to pay an arm and leg for electricity.
