Cooper Roofing & Solar, LLC specializes in Concrete Roof Tile Installation, Single Ply, Composition Shingles, and Metal Roofing. We also provide repair service, re-roof installations, and custom home installation. We are currently implementing Solar technology with diverse applications integrated with roof systems. Installing a Solar energy system will minimize electric bills, possibly qualify you for tax credit or rebate benefits, and provide immediate and long term returns on your investment. Cooper Roofing. Note 40 tiles were replaced but were not charged for the extra tiles.
The new balcony floor looks great. The problem is we hired a different stucco guy to do the stucco part of the work to save some money (since the stucco guy needs to come anyway to fix the stucco wall before exterior painting), and the railings won't fit in between the newly stuccoed posts. Cooper Roofing and the stucco guy finger pointed at each other, saying it's the other guy's fault, and neither is willing to help out. So we were stuck in the middle and had to look for someone else who is willing to install the railings for us. I wish Mark from Cooper Roofing could at least give us some ideas on how to fix the problem, instead of blaming us on not hiring him to do the whole job and blaming the stucco guy. He wasn't even at the job site to inspect the job to determine what had gone wrong. A very positive experience turned sour...
"We would like to state that we offered the homeowner a proposal for a complete turn-key job including removal and replacement of the existing walking deck material as well as stucco removal and replacement to install new sheet metal flashing for the walking deck. The removal and reinstallation of the existing railing was to be included with the stucco repairs. The homeowners decided to contract the stucco and painting portions of work with other contractor(s) and only hire Cooper to complete the walking deck repairs. The homeowner should have conveyed to the stucco contractor that the railing would have to be re-installed after the stucco repairs were made. Mark at Cooper did give recommendations to the homeowner regarding the railing, but since Cooper was only responsible for the repairs to the walking deck, we should not be held responsible for things beyond our control."
