"After our first coat of paint on the cabinets we noticed one cabinet door that the client tried to paint. It still had brush marks so we instructed the painters to sand and re paint. After the completion of the baseboards the client informed us they did not like how we finished the ends next to the stairs. To rectify we made samples on all the different ways to finish the ends and suggested stopping points. The client stated they needed a couple of days and they would let us know. A couple of days had passed the client called us and informed us there was paint on their appliances. We wanted to inspect and send a cleaning crew as we fully stand behind the work done. The client refused access. The client has not paid anything for the paint, baseboards purchased, and any labor for the painting job."
