He was great. He wiped it clean and put the content I needed back on and installed security software. I would give him 2 thumbs up. He did what I wanted him to do. The price was excellent. The quality was excellent. He was quick and honest, he gets an A for integrity and A honesty.

Ken came on time and went to places on the computer I have never been to before. He answered all my questions. He fixed my computer and I am so happy for him making my computer run correctly.

They erased all of my web files on my web browser, all of my document files and all of my icons. They only thing that was saved was my pictures and music. When I asked about this, they said they have a disk with all of my information but they would only place it back on my computer if I paid an additional fee.

"I am writing with reference to [member] complaint on June 1st 2011. Firstly I apologize for the inconvenience created during the last computer service check in made on May 21st 2011. We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed and implemented. There was clearly a miscommunication between [member] husband and out service lab technician. The computer was found to be infected with viruses and malware. We gave [member] husband two options, one to remove the viruses and malware but we made it clear that due to the severity of the viruses infection it is not guaranteed to be cleaned, the second options was to back up the data and reload the computer with Microsoft windows, in this stage we explained her husband that programs such as Microsoft Office Acrobat reader etc. will need to be re-installed and the associate program disks and licenses had to be provided so they can be re-installed. In this stage her husband was trying to call her but there was no answer so he decided to give us the ok to proceed with the second option. The data has been backed up and restore to a folder on the computer, some files such as Microsoft Office will not open unless the program is re-installed. We offered to install the Microsoft Office but [member] claims that she has no disks of license. In light of this, we have decided to provide [member] a 50% off on Microsoft Office product and Free installation, which we hope will be acceptable to her, and hope also that this will provide a basis for continuing our relationship with her. Please accept out sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer. It’s our goal to retain you as a satisfied customer and will hope to serve you again in the future."

The technician was late for the appointment, but seemed unaware that a specific appointment time had been set. He was friendly, courteous, competent and efficient. He went about his work quickly, didn't waste time while he was here and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was doing and went out of his way to make sure I understood what he was doing. I was highly satisfied with the whole experience.

They are very knowledgeable and experienced with computers. They were also very helpful helping us get a new monitor for our computer. We are extremely happy with the work they did on our computer. The computer works great now that they fixed it.
