Day of appointment Daniel arrived late saying he had a previous appointment.  It took him approximately 2 to3 hours to change the faucets.  We talked about the shut off valve outside and he mentioned my current valve will eventually cause me a lot of problems when the valve breaks and I have a major leak.  He was willing to do the change and so I agreed.  He quoted me $400 saying it was a major job as he has to dig around the current valve in order to make the change.  I talked him down to $300 which he agreed.  He sent his man to buy the required parts at Home Depot or Lowes under 4 miles away.  In the meantime I tested the faucets and they all needed to be readjusted because the the plunger that seals the water in the basin were not set right and it wasn't opening and closing properly.  He struggled with the one in the guest bathroom, on top of not sealing right, it was leaking.  Daniel worked on it for some time, he told me to order a new part because that one was defective.  So I called and ordered a new one from Moen which came in 2 days.   I was in touch with Daniel pretty much daily as I expressed urgency from the beginning that I was leaving for Hawaii early on Tuesday, June 16.  He said he will be by to fix it at 7 am Monday June 15.   At 8 am he never arrived so I called and he said he had car trouble.  I called several times throughout the day and he said he's still at the repair shop.  He understood my urgency to have this done because he knew from the beginning that when I returned from Hawaii, my family was coming back with me and staying in the guest room where the faucet needed to be in working order.  He never showed up all day on Monday.  I was flying out early Tuesday.  He called me on my cell on June 17 and I reminded him that I was in Hawaii and that he needed to have the faucet working in the guestroom on June 25 when I returned to Las Vegas.  My family was arriving the following day June 26.  I called him on the 25th when I returned home and he said he has other appointments and couldn't do it.  I was forced to have someone else do it since it was jammed shut and not in working order.  It ended up being just a very bad forced adjustment that jammed it and not a defective part.  I told Daniel that the shutoff valve was leaking where he made the above ground cut and that needed to be fixed.  He said he will fix it, but never came to do it.  I made numerous calls and left messages.  I told him if he is not willing to fix the leak, he should refund me a portion of the $300 so I can hire someone else to do the job.  My neighbor told me she has a reliable retired plumber  of 40 years that I could call.  I spoke to her plumber after I got back from Hawaii.  He confidentially said he felt I was overcharged for the faucets and the valve shutoff  especially since there were no digging etc. but a clean above ground cut to replace the valve. Daniel did not lower the price after knowing he did not need to dig and do all the major things he said he needed to do when he quoted me the $400 price.  My neighbors plumber is familiar with the faucets as my neighbor has the same model home as me.  In my last phone call to Daniel about a week ago, I did tell him that he needed to complete the job before I submit my review of his work to Angie's List giving him the opportunity to avoid a negative review.  I did not hear from him.   I chose Daniel because he said he was able to do the job right away before I left for Hawaii and also because he was on Angie's List with no negative comments.

They did an excellent job. Very professional, always on time, and cleaned up every day. I would recommend them!

Again I was out of town when a tenant called and said she had water leaking out of her toilet.  Called Complete Service Repair and even though it was a Saturday they got there quickly, assessed the problem and did all the repairs.  They kept me abreast of the service with pictures and phone.  Very professional and reasonable.

Everything was done very quickly so my tenants were not inconvienced.  The water heater platform was repaired and all parts replaced very quickly.  They then asked tenants to let them check all plumbing and found and repaired two other items that probably would have been missed until water damage was evident.  Would absolutely use them again.  I was unable to be present during repairs and they kept me updated with pictures, etc.  Very good job.
