LIARS!!!  If you want your home damaged by this company's workers and have them flat out deny the damage...this will happen.
My home warranty company, American Home Shield (AMH), scheduled service with Comfort Home Appliance to repair my Miele Dishwasher.  The first technician quickly figured out the problem and ordered the part.  The second technician, a bull in a china shop, showed up to replace the part and hit his toolbox on the corner of my kitchen counter and damaged it.   The section needs to be replaced.  After numerous IGNORED phone calls and emails with photos to the office manager, I called AHS to have them intervene.   Comfort Home Appliance denied damaging the property and said it was existing.  FLAT OUT LIE!  Additionally, the Comfort Home Appliance rep., EDDIE, who AHS contacted didn't have his story straight.  He referenced the first visit in which no repairs were made. He was rude and refused to tell me who owned the company.  I wonder if the owner condones this type of behavior?
As of today...THEY ARE NOT LICENSED IN THE CITY OF HENDERSON!   This company is UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE LYING BAS#*!!.
Yes, I'm upset, but rightly so.  I guess small claims court is next.   Why can't people take responsibility for their actions?
Response from Comfort Home Appliance
"This owner has tenants that caused this so called old damage to her counter tops...when asked there was no reply as to how our technician was 6 feet away working on the unit and why they would take pictures. This owner is trying to get something for nothing and I am sorry that the owner feels they need stoop so low in disparaging our good name over damage that was clearly done by her or her tenants. Nothing she has claimed makes any sense what so ever."

From the time I made the initial contact to the time the dryer was fixed was two weeks.  To me that was way to long to go without a dryer and to give this company a better rating for service.  The window of service on the day of the appointment  was 3 hours, which was less then some places I called.  A tech came to my house on a Friday morning and diagnosed the problem and said they would send me a quote.  I had to contact them on Tuesday - I had not heard from them, again another reason for a  low rating.  There was a mis communication about what needed to be repaired and what was "optional" but I thought we resolved it and I accepted the quote and made an appointment for the repair  A different tech came the following Friday, he took my dryer apart and told me the same thing the tech before him told me.  I told him I knew what was wrong and had accepted a quote, he was there to fix my dryer.  He had no parts with him and did not fix my dryer,  again a low rating.   I finally had my dryer fixed after two weeks.  Now a little over a month and my dyers is making the same noise.  I have contacted them to see if they are going to charge me to come back to my house.  I am waiting for a response.  I have emails  and phone records to confirm time line and communications.
Note: I was not a member of Angies List at the beginning of this interaction with this company. I joined Angies List after the repair was completed and before my dryer started making the same noise again.  Thank you

Update:  Nov 2012  I called and let them know it was making the same noise.  They told me I was withing the 90 day warranty and they came out within a few day and the problem is no resolved ( I hope - I will know in a month or so).  The tech came in, fixed my dryer and left.  THe other times he came and talked and chattd with me this time be barely spoke.  Oh well,  My dryer is fixed  Yea!

First of all, I hate to give them a bad review since I have a feeling their company is in trouble and they are doing the best they can, but ...  after Eddie had left, I called the company, told them the problem was not fixed and they would need to order the part.  A week later I got a call back from a nice woman who apologized for the delay, and took all the information I had already given over again (serial #, model #, etc.)  Another week goes by and I hear nothing.  I called and talked to a young man who clearly was irritated by the whole thing.  Again, I heard nothing.  At the end of the next week I called again and a young lady said that the part was from Canada and they would have to call there.  I never heard back.  By the end of the month, I gave up and located another company -- A-1 Appliances -- who immediately tracked down the Canadian company and ascertained that the part  was no longer manufactuered or available.  That took a couple of hours -- no service call, no charge.  All it would've taken from Comfort Home Appliances was a couple of  phone calls.  Also, I think their $95 service charge is excessive.  I'm sorry for whatever they are going through in these tough times, but I would not recommend them.

The control panel to our oven needed replacement.  The very next day, the part was in!  Instead of just taking out pipes and replacing them, Eddie worked very hard to really FIND the problem of our non-draining dishwasher.  His tireless efforts to unclog the debris worked wonders and our dishwasher is running great!

Another service provider had come out an completely botched the repair of our refrigerator.  Comfort appliance was prompt, the tech had all the parts on his truck, and because the company buys parts in large quantities, the price that we were charged was very reasonable.  The job was done quickly and right the first time.  I highly recommend this company.

See "services performed" above. Not only did I get a "same day" appointment (which can be arranged either online or by phone), the service man (and his "apprentice") were there promptly, assessed the problem, fixed it, and were gone in less than 30 minutes. Both men were very pleasant and professional. I was charged a fair price for the service call and replacement part. Because I live in an "age restricted" community, the service man thought to inquire if I was a "senior" (thereby entitling me to a discount). I am not, but he gave me a small discount anyway. Overall, my experience with this company was great. I highly recommend them.
