As with my previous report, I was impressed by the bright paint job on the building and the overall neatness of their parking spaces and office as we turned onto 30th Street (only about 3 blocks long). The small building really does stand out from the other commercial buildings in the area. Once again, Sam inspected the damage, even called a day or so later when they'd found some more that would mean an extra day or two in the shop. After several conversations with him, I would trust him completely to do a good and reasonably priced job--both for my and my insurance company's sakes.

Sam McCombs found out our situation, inspected the car, was good enough not to comment about the dirt on the Ford F-150 I'd driven over to take my wife home in, explained what he'd need to do to repair the damage and about how long it would take, and called us some days later when the car was ready. When Sam walked us out to her car, the hood was up, and the engine was spotless; they had cleaned it for her.. We have a lot of blowing sand and dust on Vegas roads--the engine in my F-150 is dirtier than the body, which is saying something. But after seeing how well they keep their building up, we might have known they'd do a bit extra, like cleaning under the hood.

They gave me a quote and preformed the repairs exactly to the quote and finished exactly on time.
