He came out within a couple of days after calling which was nice to get it done fast. He was very thorough inspecting the house, he took the time to explain the summary and answered all my questions. I had more peace of mind buying the house after that. He added that if I had any questions down the road to keep his number and he would be happy to answer anything else, it would be nice if a lot more businesses were like this. Very honest and at a great cost.

Justin was so easy to work with and so affordable especially considering he traveled four hours to provide his service. The inspection and report were beyond expectation. He did a thorough job and the report was easy to follow and usefully detailed.

This is the best home inspection and service I have ever experienced. In the past I have been a Realtor and have used many home inspectors but never had one this good and knowledgeable. I recommend. Justin was professional and friendly. I took advantage of his Veteran discount he offered which was nice. I also like the home buy back program he offers. He didn't seem to miss anything in the inspection and his report was laid out nicely so I could follow it. He also returned back to inspect a few repairs made by the seller and he didn't charge for the re-inspection. Overall a good experience with Justin and Collier's Property Inspections.
