We highly recommend CM Franco, the craftsmanship and communication were top quality. We needed an exterior gas pipe installed to accommodate a new pool heater. Other companies gave us bids before even visiting the site. CM Franco was prompt in replying to our request, provided a fair bid and completed the work, making sure we were satisfied all along the way. 2 contractors (doing other work), have asked for their contact info as they found the work exceptional).

Called Corey to troubleshoot a pot-filler installation after a new quartz backsplash installation. He made time for me so I didn’t have to wait to solve my problem, and was able to find a solution quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. Will use him in the future I’m sure.

It wasnâ t an addition, but there wasnâ t just a remodel option. I had a shower/tub remodel to a shower along with new cabinets & sinks & also kitchen cabinets painted & backsplash added. The bathroom & kitchen look great. Corey was very helpful in advising for the selection process of shower, cabinet, paint & backsplash materials. As a general contractor w/multiple licenses, he was able to take care of additional projects which included installing laundry room shelf, front yard astroturf leak & installing new motor for walkway lights. The cost was less for all of these projects than 2 other quotes I received for just a shower remodel.
