Charlie Mills (owner) always answers the phone when I need to make an appointment to get my carpet cleaned. Appointment was in 2-3 days. I canceled at last moment and he was able to reschedule for the following day. He is very accommodating, on time, friendly and professional. Carpet always looks like new when completed. He has been doing my carpet cleaning for the last 7 years.

Cloud has been great. They were told by my insurance company to clean my existing flooring. They realized it was impossible because of the amount of damage that had been done and then they told my insurance company it was going to have to be totally replaced. They have stuck by me through this ordeal and have made very good decisions under the circumstances. I would recommend them for their honesty alone. My insurance took care of their bill.
