I've had multiple pool techs and maintenance companies over the years. It's crazy how bad the crummy ones can mess your stuff up and cost you thousands more in the long run. Thank goodness I founds these guys. Major Work was done right and maintenance is super consistent with no issues. Plus they do it all - maintenance, repair, upgrades... gotta check out clear blue if you care about your pool!

Desert Springs Pool and Spa was the original contractor hired to install our pool. Our service contract was sold to Clear Blue Pool Service and was elected as the replacement contractor for pool cleaning. Although, we did not end up keeping there services, they were professional none the less. We did not know of the transition for several weeks, but Clear Blue was very professional nonetheless. Would hire again and based on the other reviews, I know they are a reputable company. Highly recommend, despite the misunderstanding.

"I can completely understand the customer's frustration with businesses transferring ownership, but I'm not sure if Clear Blue necessarily did anything to warrant a negative review. True, Desert Springs sold their pool service accounts to us. Of the 130+ accounts that we purchased, three home owners (including [member names removed]) did not want Clear Blue to continue with the pool maintenance. [Member name removed] called to cancel her service and we complied immediately. We didn't even charge them for the two weeks of service that we already provided for them. I spoke to her personally and was very accommodating in her request to cancel service. I apologized for their pool service account being transferred and told her we would cancel service immediately. I'm not sure what else we could have done at that point. Prior to this review, Clear Blue did not have any negative reviews on any ratings websites nor any social media sites. The buying and selling of swimming pool accounts is quite common in this industry. I completely understand customer frustration when they learn of their account being sold, but I believe [member name removed] would have learned that Clear Blue Pool Service provides excellent service and care for their swimming pools. While we understand their decision to leave, we also feel the need to explain our side of the story in this case."
