I called Clay to ask for an estimate on Thursday afternoon. He came out Thursday evening and gave me an estimate of $300. He said he would be back at 5am the next morning and finish the job in approximately 6 hours. I checked with another roof cleaning service and they couldn't come out to give an estimate for several days. Not wanting to wait, I hired Clay on the spot. Clay was courteous and informative about his procedure. He was punctual, as quiet as possible considering the early hour, and tidied everything up as he worked. His actual completion time matched his estimate. I climbed up to the roof to inspect what he had done once Clay finished. It was an amazing difference. As far as I could see he completed everything he told me he would do. I am very pleased.
