Very prompt service, brought everything up to code. Dave and his wife Cindy we're very nice and they are a great team. I would definitely use them again.

The installation was fine, however I found that their service after the sale was substantially lacking.

Of course our water heater went out the night before Easter Sunday, but that seemed to be no problem for Dave and Cindy! They came out, not only replaced the water heater on Easter, but took every step possible to make sure the job was finished right and that we were satisfied. On time, good price and very professional!

These folks are great, friendly, and professional. They were at my house when they said they would be there. They swapped out the hot water heater immediately, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after completion. We now have wonderful hot water and the water volume in my home is greatly improved. On a Sunday morning, Dave called me within 15 minutes from the time I requested referrals from Home Advisor. Dave and Tristan were at my home by 1 pm and had my water heater replaced by 2:30 the same day. They provided prompt, courteous service and do not up charge to come out on a Sunday. We had no hot water early on a Saturday morning. I requested an online proposal and received a call immediately. I sent pictures of the hot water heater and was informed that it was too old to repair and needed to be replaced. The new one was installed and working within about an hour and a half.
