Jack Jabaay is the owner-operator of this business, does all the work himself, and his work is excellent; it really just couldn't be better. He is a professional in every sense. Jack shows up on time and I've never worried about leaving him alone in my home. He handles only one job per day.
Jack uses steam-clean extraction and top-of-the-line equipment. Spots have never reappeared after he has worked on them.
I can't say that he is inexpensive--he's not and he doesn't give discounts. However, in many cases, you get what you pay for and in this case, that is certainly true. In summary, I recommend him without reservation.
