City Paint LLC did a great job overall, and we are really happy with how everything turned out. They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process, addressing all of our (frequent) concerns and making sure we felt heard every step of the way. That said, the project took longer than expected, and there were a few hiccups along the way. For example, some paint transfer ended up on our ceiling, which was not originally included in the bid. To their credit, they stepped up and painted the ceiling for free to make it right a gesture we really appreciated. In the end, their attention to detail and willingness to fix any issues left us with a finished product we are very happy with. If you are looking for a company that is responsive and stands by their work (even if it takes a little longer than planned), City Paint LLC is a great choice.
