We needed housing quickly; as we were traveling 600 miles for a funeral. Chantilly, got the room in a NICE hotel and made sure we got 'points' for our stay. Ms Angelina took charge and took care of everything.
We were asked the 'routine' questions as to whether or not we needed: flights, rental car etc. When we replied, "N0", she was very courteous and said she just wanted to make sure we had our needs met. No pressure, just help. We got exactly what we wanted and a fair price.
