CHAIRMAN'S UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Description of Work: The dining room upholstered chairs were in need of cleaning and when water color paint was spilled on one of the seats a couple of days ago, I couldn't wait any longer. I wanted to use a company that specializes in furniture cleaning rather than furnitue cleaning as a secondary service with carpet cleaning as the primary service. Chairman's is that service company! Chairman's only cleans furnitue. Their website is very informative and when I called for additional information, the person was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and didn't try to pressure me into using their service but ready to make an appointment that fit into my schedule. The lead tech, Sal, called me to confirm the appointment. Sal, his grandfather started the business and Sal has been cleaning furniture since he was 12 years old, was professional and explained the process they would be using on my chairs. He and his helper got right to work while being friendly, continuing to answer my questions about their business, various cleaning processes used depending on the fabric such as silk, leather, synthetics, etc. He also didn't ty to pressure me into buying additional services. The chairs look great! I will certainly be using Chairman's service for all my furniture cleaning needs from now on. I recommend Chairman's when you need a furniture cleaning service.
