I hired Carrillo Landscape Services in June of 2012 for lawn
maintenance. It's a company run by four brothers and their employees.
Eduardo came out for the estimate, and his brother Victor runs the crew
for this part of the valley.
They do exceptional work. They've replaced or moved sprinkler heads where needed, reseeded patches of
lawn, adjusted the sprinkler timer as needed and they keep everything
neat and trim. They even trim the 20' palm trees. All the planters are
blown free of leaves each time. They are dependable, usually showing up
on the same day at the same time, although times can vary if they have a
large job at another site.
They are conscientious about their work; they even leave the street in front looking better than when they arrived!

Carrillo Landscape services Inc. did not do a good job and when there were issues they didn't bring them up and it was something I discovered and brought it up. There also replaced a sprinkling system we had and instead of giving us the old one they just threw it away. There were some things that the old one had that we wanted to use and they didn't recover it nor did they do anything as far as compensation. There were a bunch of issues that I wasn't happy with so I would never use them again.
