CARPETERIA

I was very dissatisfied with this company. They didn t show up on time and in the middle of the job they insisted on all the money up front. I was shocked at how nasty the installer was to me. When they finally finished, they left two full boxes of this very expensive flooring behind. As I informed them of this, they responded only after 2 weeks of evading my calls saying that there was nothing they could do about it. They also wouldn t refund me the difference. The quality of the finished floor wasn't too bad but all in all I had a terrible experience with this company and won t be using them anymore.

Everything went well. The lady who initially helped us in the showroom and came out to measure was very nice. She let us take our time and gave us many options to suit our needs. The installers were very efficient (taking only about 2 hours!), which may have happened because even though they said they'd move our furniture, we decided to move it before they got here. The only downfall was that their vacuum didn't work, so they didn't vacuum after the installation. There are also a few spots on our carpet that "pop" when we walk on them, but I think in time this should stop. The carpet looks and feels great otherwise.

It is a good quality carpet and the installers were on time and did a good job. The only thing; when the lady came out to measure, she measured wrong; but I decided I wanted tile in that area anyway, so it turned out ok. About three months later, they came back out twice and tacked the carpet back down, because the stripping came loose and they didn't charge me anything.

The installers were very well behaved while working in our house, and finished in one day. They worked in an organized and efficient manner. They also made sure the area where they were working in was completely clean before leaving the property. We had some sub-par carpet installation done by another company, on our first floor, and Carpeteria will be re-doing that job very soon.

It took them one day to do the whole job; there was a crew of several men working. They did a great job. No tacks or seams were visible, and there's nothing we'd change about their work. They said the padding was the most expensive part of the job but we're glad they put a thickly padded carpet down.

Carpeteria had a large selection of carpets to choose from and had competitive prices. I felt that overall they did an adequate job installing my carpet, however, there were a couple of spots we were not pleased with. but they did fix them. I was also disappointed that they were not on time.

Carpeteria did a terrific job on our carpets. They look just great. We did have a minor problem with some tacks, but they came right out and remedied the situation. We were very satisfied with their response and the work that they did for us.

Carpeteria did a really good job installing my carpet and I was quite pleased with the results. They were very professional and helpful as they moved the furniture back after they were finished installing the carpet. I would certainly recommend them. I am so satisfied with their services that I plan to have them back to install more carpet in my home in a few months.

Carpeteria did a fantastic job, from start to finish. The carpet they helped us select was of high quality, and was reasonably priced, for the amount purchased. The installers arrived at our house on time, two days after the purchase, and spent about six hours on the job. The carpeting looks great, and is secured very tightly to the floor. We are very happy with the job they did.

Curvatures did a good job all around on my carpet. I thought that they had a good selection to choose from and the carpet that I chose was of good quality. I didn't have any problems with the installation and they were able to get it done pretty quickly. We got the results that we were seeking and have nothing but praise for their work. I do not have time to search for the price.

Carpeteria did a terrible job as the workers didn't seem to know what they were doing. They didn't properly cut around the baseboards. We thought they did a very sloppy job and when we tried to have them do a better job, but and they wouldn't.

Carpeteria did a very poor job for us as they first brought out the wrong carpet to install. They tried to talk us into keeping it, but we did not want it. When they did bring the right carpet, they didn't do a good job laying it as you could see the seams. They would not come out to fix them, so we gave them the worst recommendation possible.
