The carpet they installed was not what we ordered and paid for. It was cheap and the job was done poorly. They refused to put in the right carpeting, so we had to take them to court. After six months in court we finally got our money back. They should have been honest about their mistake in the first place. We will never hire them again.

Carpet & Tile Warehouse did not do satisfactory work for me at all. The quality of the flooring was good, but the installation was horrible as it took two days longer than planned. They also left a mess outside of our home and nicked holes in the wall while removing the carpet from the steps. They werent going to fix them until I pressed them to do the work. They also didnt sink down the old nails, so they had to come back and fix that too. The results just didnt look the way I wanted it to and when I complained they didnt seem to care.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT CHOOSING TILES THAT MATCHED THE EXISTING TILE THAT WAS ALREADY IN SOME PARTS OF THE HOUSE ALREADY. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
