CarePro Carpet Cleaning

It went great! I was so satisfied. Carpet was take from closet to replace stained area in main area of bedroom. The technical people were professional, caring and did a wonderful job. Can't even see the replaced area and my carpet is grayish-green. I am so thankful for Carpet-Pro!

The CarePro guys were polite, friendly, and did a great job. Results were better than expected. The only negative is, as I sit here 4 hours after they finished, the carpet is still a little damp. But it’s a cool day which I’m sure slows the drying time.

The technician, El Fego, did an excellent job. The carpeting on the stairs was quite dirty and he made it look like new. He also thoroughly cleaned my five throw pillows which, after many years of use, badly needed cleaning. El Fego arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did his work very efficiently. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely request him the next time I need my carpet cleaned. I feel that the price I paid was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.

Wow!!! Everything from start to finish was done supremely well! Easy to make an appointment, punctual (and with a heads-up call beforehand with the exact time of arrival), professional, and most thorough, effective carpet cleaning I've ever had! Area rugs and carpet look NEW again, and they were getting pretty worn and soiled. (The last 2 companies I used simply did a so-so job and insisted that carpets get to a point where they won't come fully clean.) No excuses here; just hard work! I wish I had taken before/after photos so people could see what an amazing job Pedro did. Not only would I hire them again, I will not hire anyone else and will be telling all of my friends. Even better, this is the best price I've paid in the 5 years I've been in Las Vegas, and it matched exactly what they quoted. Thank you, Gustavo & Pedro!!!

It really bothers me that I have to give a less than excellent review because the technician was great and did his job as required. It was the lack of response by the owner that was lacking. Scheduled for Feb. 21 and technician arrived on time. All the rooms looked great. The carpets were not extremely dirty. The only area that you could see was a path from the den into the small hallway. Technician was very professional and did a great job with the carpeting and cleaning up afterwards. You cannot see the results until the carpet dries. The next day there was a stain in dining room that was not originally there and in the living room there originally was an outline stain from a metal planter that had leaked. The cleaning in the living room had loosened the stain from the outline and spread it all around the initial stain. Feb 23, I called and spoke with owner who said the technician would come back and clean those two spots again. The technician was very accommodating and arrived that afternoon. I understand what had happened. The stain in dining room surfaced upon the cleaning where the water loosened it up and it rose. The living room stain may have been rust from the metal container but the cleaning loosened that and spread it around. That stain had been covered with a plastic tray under the planter so you could not see it. Now it is a big circle more than 2 feet in diameter. On Saturday, February 24, I called owner Gustavo and mentioned that I did not want the area cleaned again as the second cleaning did not do anything and I was concerned about the carpeting being worn away. I did request that he come and look at the problem and tell me what could be done. I explained he did not have to come immediately. I further stated that he could come anytime the following week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and it was agreed that he would call us to let us know the time. Unfortunately, never heard from him. We have a shampooer and I originally thought of doing the job myself but my wife and I agreed it would be too big of a job for seniors and a professional cleaner would do a better job. My major concern is that the owner did not follow up on the promise that he would do so.

Pretty easy. Took >24 hrs to dry completely. Sofa clean but not new. Was 15 years old, so nobody could make it look new.

I couldn't believe what they accomplished! Watching them dye the carpet and blend it in was better than going to a movie! Ramon was great! Very meticulous in their work and saved me from having to replace the carpet! They cleaned the entire carpet, dyed the bleached spots then cleaned the whole carpet again! The price was extremely reasonable! I will definitely have them back to do my house floors, tile and carpet after the kitchen remodel is done! Great work and that is from a picky guy!

They were on time and charged me less than what I was quoted. The worker even cleaned his footprints off the laminate downstairs. I will be hiring again.

I was not satisfied at all. They did not do a walk through with me when they were done to show me the problem areas that they could not get clean. It was like they were trying to hide stuff from me.

Workers showed up on time, worked through the job, were efficient and professional......and very nice. Would definitely rehire.

Great! carpet looks new again

Very well. Took several hours to spray clean then spray die then repeat maybe 10 times until color restored. Then cleaned entire carpet. When it dried it looked like new.
