He promised me that he would be done in two weeks but it took him nine weeks to do it. My renters came in from Alabama and he said he could absolutely do it be the time they got here. I paid him half and then he disappeared. I called him and called him and he told me that he had been beat up in a bar and that he was in the hospital with a concussion. He said he could be there in three days and he came and did one day of work but then left again for a week. He changed the garbage disposal but it was leaky and he was supposed to paint the inside of the garage but he never patched any holes. The work in the bathroom was half finished and it took another two months to finish everything. He wanted me to pay him for the rest of the work that he hadn’t even begun doing, but I told him no. Because my renter had moved in, he had to do it piece by piece as it was convenient for her. He told me that he was going to make an itemized bill and give me every receipt but I never got any of those. He also told me that he would send pictures as he went along because he knew I didn’t have time to run back and forth, but that never happened either. He took off the minute he had the money. I also paid him $175 to have cleaning people come in, but I was not impressed; they never even vacuumed. It was just a very bad situation. He didn’t get the job done in a timely manner, half of the work was never finished, and he didn’t even do the work that was most expensive.

Our company systems simply would not allow a job to carry on for the period of time discussed in the report. Our customers do not pay our Craftsmen directly, but make payment directly to our company. Further we handle all scheduling for our craftsmen. Our customers do not deal directly with our craftsmen when it comes to issues of scheduling."

It went very well. Brady arrived in the time window established. Completed the job in under 10 minutes. No damage to walls or paint while removing washing machine and dryer. Double-checked the gas line to insure that the valve was holding, and no gas leakage was occurring.

He said he could fix a minor electrical problem. When he was done I had to replace the entire panel. The electricians that I had to hire said that he replaced the circuit breakers incorrectly & will heat up & cause a fire. I asked him to fix the brand new 80 gallon water heater so that it wouldn't shut off. He worked on it for a day or two and caused more problems. I asked him to fix some gates so I could lock them. He added some washers to the gate but never properly repaired it, so I could get a lock on it. And finally, the big guffaw came when I had a problem with my air conditioner. He called a company to make an estimate. The company came and charged me three times the quote. This company then came out, began removing the old unit (a unit that needed only refrigerant) and never once got my approval; they said they had Brady's. Brady told me that he would absorb $114.09. This all happened in August 2007. I just got a letter on 15 Feb. 2008 demanding payment. Every job cost me 3x.
