Pipe Repair
For the second time, the airlines broke the kickstands on my power wheelchair. Truth be told, the kickstands were really lightweight for the job they needed to do and entirely too expensive to order from the company. We thought we might be able to fabricate them out of some galvanized pipe so we headed to Lowe's. While the Lowe's employee was cutting the pipe we were discussing how we could get the holes drilled in the pipes. This is where David comes in. Then he said HE could do it for us. I was flabbergasted! David is so helpful and generous. He saved us so much time and effort to drill the pipes for us. This morning he texted me to say he was nearby and could drop them off for us. He wouldn't even take payment. Honestly, that old fashioned, good neighborly, customer service can't be faked. It may have been a small gesture to him but it meant the world to us! I won't hesitate to call him when we need other services for our home. Thanks so much David! You're the best!
