When we bring her she is very excited and can't wait to go in.  They greet her by name, even after not being there for 4-5 months.  Scheduling is fabulous and we receive an Angie's List 10% discount.  It's the only place I'll use and you can watch their activity via Webcam.

I loved this facility. My dog, Scooter, has several special needs, as he is 15+ years old, deaf, 83 lbs. (large mixed breed), and has significant arthritis in hind legs. The team at Camp Bow Wow really pampered him, kept in touch with me via cell phone, and followed all of my detailed directions regarding his care. For the first time in ages, I felt at peace when I was out of town!

They were excellent!They have video cam that I can see my dog on. They called me right away because she wouldn't eat the first 1-2 days, so they called to get permission to give her something else. There was always a person playing with the dogs when you looked on the cams. They keep records of everything the dog eats and does. She wasn't in a cage all day long, like a lot of kennels. She got to play all day. It seemed like all the people there really knew my dog.

I was very pleased with them. I boarded my dog there. I was a little concerned about him when I came back, he seemed a little out of it. The owner called and she was very on top of the situation. I was very, very impressed with Camp Bow Wow. They were very expensive. They said that you could look at your dog online, but you can not. The customer service on that part was horrible.

Camp Bow Wow treated the dogs very well. There are cameras so that you can see the dog if you needed to or wanted it to.

The stay went well.  My dogs were well treated and I checked on them several times via phone calls to the Camp and Web Cam views.

Start:  They have the dogs come for an interview to make sure the dog will fit it with the other dogs they have already made a commitment too, before you are able to make a reservation.  FInish:  We picked up our pup, happy and satisified and will be using Camp Bow Wow in the future and recommending to other friends.

I LOVE this Place!!!

I like that the dogs get to play all day with each other, so they're not back at the kennels except at night and to eat. There's also an outdoor space that they get to use. I like the fact that they have cameras so I can view my dog when I'm away. They have a streaming video of the dogs that you could watch and that's nice. I will be using them in the future.

He seems fine and we can watch in him on TV. He seems happy and we are very happy with the experience. They let him play with other dogs. Our dog loves other dogs. They are very kind and gentle with the dogs. They seem to be very good with the dogs. If you are gone longer than a few days, they send an email. Once a day you can watch him on camera. They bathe him for you as well.

We love them.  I always feel they are attentive.  I feel as if our dogs are safe and well cared for when they are there.  They have a camper camp where we can actually watch the dogs in the play area.  Its $70 a day for both dogs together.

They did a great job. The online access to see what was going on really helped reduce concerns.

It went really well.  We had to leave her for 15 days and I was anxious about that.  But they allayed our fears and took good care of Lady.  She looked good when we picked her up and had not lost any weight which meant she ate well.

My pets like it there.  I don’t remember what the price was because it’s been several days now.  They are very friendly and professional.  I liked the way they did the dogs.  They put them altogether and they watch them closely.  I will use their services again in the future.

We LOVE Camp Bow Wow, and, more importantly, so do our two coonhounds. We needed a safe place to board our dogs when we were going on vacation. The previous year, we had met some of the Camp Bow Wow people at a community event and had been very impressed when they were quite gracious about our 50-lb. pup jumping right up onto the middle of the table in their booth. We also asked around, and some of the dog rescue people we know said that they had heard good things about Camp Bow Wow. So, we called to reserve two spots for our vacation dates and to schedule an interview time for our dogs. The "interview" is a chance for the Camp Bow Wow people to see how your dogs get along with the other campers and for you to see how your dogs like day camp. It's also a FREE day of doggie day care. Our dogs seemed quite happy and TIRED (yeah!!!) after their day of play. And we were very pleased with the Camp Bow Wow staff and facilities. The Camp Bow Wow staff seem genuinely fond of and interested in the dogs. I felt as if they would take the same care with the dogs that we do. And the Camp's policies make the dogs' stays very easy on us people. For overnight boarding, Camp Bow-Wow provides high-quality food and nice sleeping cots. It was great to forget about packing for the dogs and just drop them off. A really nice perk with Camp Bow Wow is the "Camper Cams." You can watch a live video stream of the play areas online. It's great to be able to see that your dogs are fine while you're away. And, when you watch, you get a good sense of how hard the staff people work to keep the facilities clean. When a dog urinates or defecates, the staff people clean up the mess right away. It's very impressive. Bottom line: Camp Bow Wow is a great place for doggie day care and overnight boarding. When I boarded my dogs in the past, I would say they were going to "puppy dog prison." Now I can truly say they are going to Camp! They came home healthy and happy and very very tired. For me, that was like getting another day of vacation.
