curtains and we picked out some material and placed the order. When the curtains arrived, they did not hang properly and flared out.The pleats did not stay tight. We noticed at the time of installation, how heavy the curtains were and the weight was bowing the finial we had picked out. We were then told that we would need to purchase a heavy duty finial (more expensive).
We wondered why we were not told or cautioned about the weight these curtains would be when finished. Calico Corner is the experts on window coverings and I was disappointed that we were not told how heavy they would be and they would not hang nicely. We complain about how the were flaring out and they added some weights on the back of the lining. To this day they Do Not Hang like pleated curtains should. Very disappointed.
