Sam was professional and personable and did a very thorough job.

Make sure you ask for Sam Smith! He's the first person who ever took the time to educate us on why our place had cockroaches. He showed us where the problem areas were, and told us how we could help prevent future infestations. He left traps, and sprayed thoroughly, and even gave us his personal cell phone. My customer service experience at Bulwark was top-notch!

Sam Smith is our technician, and he does an EXCELLANT and PROFESSIONAL job. After he has sprayed, there is not a trace of any critter. Thank you, Sam ! Great job!!

Bulwark came over and checked out the whole house as well as the property. They quickly erradicated the bug problem in the house, then told us the numerous "nests" throughout the property would take some time but that they would stay on top of it. They did and, in a few months, bugs were no longer an issue. What really sets them apart, though, is that they will come out on short notice if you have an "emergency" pest problem. I only had to call them twice for this: the first, a huuuuuge hairy brown spider in my living room and the second about a year later, ants in my kitchen. They came quickly, took care of the pests, and never charged me extra. My heroes!!! PS/They charge every other month, not every month.

They did a great job and killed most of them, flushed the rest out and followed up and got the critters that were still running around.

We recommended them to other people and they were doing like several houses in our neighborhood by the time we left.

They give us a three hour time time range when they come and they never missed it.
