Glen at Bug Off was referred by our home builder Customer Service agent. He sprays once a month throughout the outside areas and also has done the inside. If there is a new outcropping, he is very responsive. For example, when we suddenly had fire ants appear at the threshold of the front door, he was able to make it out for an additional service the next day. He is very knowledgeable and will explain the ins and outs of his method if you are curious. His price is good too. Our yard and house is nearly always bug free, and no roaches or major pests.
