Thank you for taking the time to consider Broderick Services LLC. We are a family owned, operated, fully licensed and insured residential repair company. My name is Chris Broderick and I am a native of Las Vegas for 55 years. We have been in business for over 25 years and I became the primary operator after my father passed away 10 years ago. We also do business as Protect A Child Pool Fence Company, which is a child safety pool fence company. We have many trained staff in all aspects of residential repairs, from minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting and drywall to pool fence installs and child safety recommendations. Although, I don't currently accept home inspections, I am a certified residential home inspector, so I am familiar with all home systems. I have 5 full-time employees of which 2 are my son's and 1 retired plumber as well as a 2 general maintenance workers. I have never used a service like Angi before because for the past 12 years we have mainly worked with private investors, helping them flip and maintain their properties.
