An oulet located in the garage stopped working, I had my freezer plugged in. I later noticed that the light in the guest bathroom were not functionning either. I called on Friday while I was at work and explained the problem. The electrician was very friendly and offered to come over on the same day. Unfortunatly I could not leave work and I made an appointment for the next day on Saturday. The electrician came on time, looked at my GFI outlet and told me I needed a new one. he was very friendly, profesional and fast.
The outlet was replaced.
I took this opportunity to request an estimate on another project, and I am planning on rehire them again.
Overall, I was very pleased.

Great they ran the line hung the fixture and even cleaned up.

They are very, very, very fast. When the power went out in July I called them at 7:30 in the morning and they were out here by 8:15. They assessed the situation as being a problem for the power company to come out and fix. They called the people at the power company that they knew and had the power company out here in 10 minutes. They are very, very good and they are just regular people you can talk to.

The initial contacts were great. The work was well below average however. The project took about three or four days longer than first quoted and two electricians were new to the company. Each room in my house now has a different type of switch for our ceiling fans since some had to be remote controlled because the installer did not want to run a new switch to the wall. The spa was hooked up and tested well but left in the ''on'' position for several days. Our pool table was moved without our knowledge which caused the slate seams to pop. It cost us several hundred dollars to have the pool table set up correctly again. A cable drop we added during project cost $150 to pull an existing cable through the ceiling and through a closet wall after we complained about the pool table. Exhaust fan vent pipes were damaged in the attic and not reported or replaced. Owner refused to pay for pool table set up until reported to the contractor's board. This work was done in 2004.
