Brazilian Pavers

Installation crew was excellent- courteous, prompt, professional and the workmanship was exceptional Office and design support- friendly and responsive Project management- did not meet expectations. Failed to provide us with the requested design, even after given two attempts. When we decided to just pay the bill, and hire another contractor to finish the job, we discovered an additional $975 dollars of unapproved changes (that were never discussed/negotiated with us) added to the final total.

They really did a great job with the paver install, beautiful work. However, the synthetic turf install did not go well. While they installed the grass the way we wanted, they came up short in the amount of grass needed, and wound up cutting and installing three large pieces next to the one large piece they had installed. This left unsightly seams, and when I talked to the owner to fix the issue, it took months before any action was taken, and the result was unsatisfactory. The company brought a large piece of turf to replace the bad install, but just left the piece and never returned to finish the job despite my almost weekly calls and emails to the company. I wound up hiring another installer to finish the job which they did perfectly. It seems once this company gets your money, you are out of luck in getting them to respond to any problems that need fixing. They will show up immediately to do an estimate and schedule a job, but that is the extent of their customer service, good to you before the job, and not so good after.

Excellent, professional, proficient, and extremely talented. They worked with me on a unique design, they gave their input to help me along. And made adjustments when needed during installation. They kept me informed on everything and asked my opinion. They accomplished everything in two days and it was a beautiful outcome.

Excellent work. The crew was great. Very respectful of our property and cleaned up each night. Completed on time. Showed craftsmanship in the pattern of pavers. Gave us exactly what we wanted.

Removed approximately 1000SF of broken, sagging concrete driveway and self-installed pavers, installed new pavers in driveway, side and back of house, and installed 600 sf of artificial grass. The pavers are beautiful, great color and design, great comments from neighbors on our new driveway. Did lots of research before choosing Brazilian Pavers, thought they were the best and the price was good. However, the grass install had issues, and needed to be repaired due to horrible seams showing. As of April, only a piece of repair grass has been delivered and that took months, and the fix has not been done. Last communication was February 2018, company said they would let me know when they would come out to fix. Can only surmise that once they have your money, you are out of luck to get anything fixed or repaired. At least the pavers are ok, but if I need any paver repair, I will not use Brazilian Pavers because they have shown they could care less about me as a customer, once they have your money good luck getting them to show up again.

The job was done well.

Excellent. We used them for a major job before and were pleased, so we had high expectations. They delivered. Our back patio faces West, so we get a ton of sun. So we had them put another patio in the northwest corner of the yard, so we could put two chairs on it and sit there and enjoy the yard with the shade provided by the trees. They came when they said they would and cleared the area, then built a small retaining wall. They put a base of soil and sand down, and then the bricks on top. They completed the work in a day-and-a-half. The workers paid great attention to detail and did a fantastic job, just as we asked. They then cleaned up after themselves.

Very happy with work.

Very well. Before starting the project I surveyed others in the neighborhood who had put in pavers. I could see the product. All had used this company and all were satisfied. When we signed the contract I was toid it would take 5 days - the job actually took two and cleanup two more. They jackhammered out all of the existing concrete and piled the debris as neatly as possible along a curb in the street. New paver pallets and sand were deposited along the curb. The laying of the pavers was a two step process - preparing the ground and actually placing the pavers. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and the neighbors have complimented us on the new look. NOTE. I prepared our neighbors in advance with a mailer apologizing for the coming mess, describing the job and the finished product. Despite the noise and mess, no complaints from the neighbors.

Everyone was on time from estimator to workers to walk through. All were professional and the driveway, courtyard, and path look great! The work was essentially done in four days, sooner than I had expected. Overall, we are quite pleased with the work. I only had two small complaints: 1. On the day they did my courtyard, the workers left a very thick coat of dust on my front door. The dust made it very difficult to use my front door until I attempted to clean it up. 2. The company was a little slow I picking up the unused pavers and the plant debris.

It went well. A bit slow at start and that was probably my fault since I was supposed to be out of town for a week and I should have called sooner when I was ready to do the job.
When the guys came and did the walkway, everything went great. The company sales representative also said they did synthetic lawn, so I had her give me a quote. The quote was about the same that I was going to have someone else do, so I said go a head and do it since they were already here doing the walkway. The two installers came back the next day and put in the lawn, what I did not expect was the paver border (it looks great and makes the job look excellent). I was even thinking about doing it myself, but I am glad I had Brazilian pavers do it.
I will more than likely have them come and put the rock in the back yard when  I finish doing the planting and drip system....which should be soon.

Could not have gone better.  Started and Completed the job on time and the cleanup of job materials off the street really impressed my neighbors as well as the beauty of the new pavers over old ugly concrete.  I highly recommend them and their price was totally reasonable out of 4 bids I had received.   I would hire them again in a minute.

Excellent throughout the entire process. From the start Alan was very professional, kept in contact with us and was punctual  He answered all of of our questions and the results were exactly what he promised.  The workers were professional and courteous the yard was left completely clean.  Highly recommend.

It went fabulous! I was concerned with the color of the pavers and they got us samples and references. The office workers were so helpful and friendly and always answered my calls promptly. The workers arrived exactly when they were scheduled, worked without stopping, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job! They were done in less than 3 days(including concrete removal). They cleaned everything up as it was before and we have a gorgeous driveway that we're thrilled with. It was one of the best home business transactions we've ever had and give them an A+++ rating.

I am completely satisfied. Alan explained to me at the beginning how the job would go and he was right on the money. The workers were of a very high quality and not only did a tremendous job, but they put in a great effort. They were exacting in their attention to detail and the work shows. I could not be happier with everything, from the price to the quality to their professionalism. I was very pleased with this company and would recommend it unreservedly.
