Landscaping
Brandon has been doing our yard maintenance for several years. Since he started doing it, the yard has been gradually looking worse. Trees are overgrown (or grow in the wrong direction), plants die and are not replaced (he doesn't have to replace them for free, but you would think that he would care and say something). A tree has been dead for at least 6 months, and he just cleans around it, as if he doesn't care.
