They did a good job and they didn't do it right the first time and I call them and they came right back and did it right, I think it was a miscommunication more than anything, is wasn't the quality of workmanship.

The request for a quote was handled quickly and professionally. Brandon was friendly and very knowledgeable. I informed him that I was ready to proceed after I obtained HOA approval, and fence was completed within three weeks. The work is of absolutely outstanding quality. I will not hesitate to use Brandon Iron again, and have already recommended them to a neighbor who is considering a fence. 

Brandon Iron did a fabulous job installing a gate across my entry area a couple of years ago.  I called them this spring to give me an estimate on security double doors - very expensive and/or limited options on ready made's.  Plus Brandon Iron could match the design they put on my entry gate.  
The price included good knobs and double dead bolt.  I asked for a different style of 'screening' which they researched and discussed with me.  It made sense to stick with one of their options.
Installation was done well, and I'm thrilled with the results.  Happy to recommend them to anyone!

Jessica Vasquez responded right away to my email and phone call. Two guys came out the next day and took about 30 minutes to tighten the fittings. They also made sure that I could lock and unlock from both sides of the gate. The promptness was truly appreciated since I have contractors coming to my backyard with instructions to lock up when done. They told me that if it gets loose again, call them and they'll just put in a new lock.  All this at no cost. I'm impressed with their response time and courtesy.

I called and the estimator showed up as agreed. He was friendly, competent and explained thoroughly the code requirements and the processes used to paint the iron and secure the windows and doors to my condo. They called when the iron was ready and quickly installed everything to my complete satisfaction. They made sure I knew how to release the windows and that everything was working properly before they left. Great experience.

They have done very good work so far. The prices were very reasonable. I am satisified with the service.

2 neighbors used this company recently and both rated the design and service A+. So of course I got an estimate from Brandon as well as a couple of other companies. The Brandon pricing was excellent. Everything was wonderfully professional, and everyone - from the estimator to the installers to the office gal - was courteous and helpful. I had a tiny request after installation, and they quickly took care of it and on their own initiative installed some additional bracing at no additional charge.Whenever possible, I try to deal with family owned/operated companies. The son was the estimator, and one of the workmen had been with the company for over 20 years. I will certainly have Brandon Ironworks do the security doors for my double front door!

The installers were very sloppy and in a rush to get to their next job. The footing of the fence was installed on top of an existing concrete wall. The installers hammered the footing a lot, causing the iron to bend. The powder coating did not bend and, therefore, was sticking up and loose from the footing. The installers put a coat of paint over the footing; however, because the powder coating was sticking up so much higher than the iron, the paint did not cover the iron underneath. It rained a day or two after installation, and the footing was rusting badly. The powder coating with the paint on top of it just easily chipped off leaving badly rusted bare metal showing beneath. It was also noticed that the end plates holding the fence on a concrete wall were not powder coated. Nor was the spring on the gate. The fence may as well not have been powder coated as the most vulnerable spots that held the fence up ended up not being powder coated and had rusted within 2 days.
